About Teff

The sourceThe plant is called Williams lovegrass or annual bunch grass, which is a species of lovegrass native to the Horn of Africa, notably what is today modern-day Ethiopia and Eritrea. The edible seeds is called Teff that has been a part of the Ethiopian diet for thousands of years, but an untapped super food here in the states.

Some of the best quality teff in the world is produced in the country.
